I do enjoy this kind of motivational content and also like to collect quotes but you should spend some more time verifying their source. The quote attributed to Theodore Roosevelt was highly unlikely to have originated with him according to quote investigator.
Another thing to consider is that the power of these messeages is that most people can accept their truth if they do a little self reflection. If you communicate these ideas though your own voice then the reader may actually be more engaged because they would be examining the ideas more freely without the feeling of pressure to agree with a respected famous figure.
