Where do we actually report a bug? Is there a specific bug report form or page? Or is the right thing to create a new topic in the Lichess Feedback forum. I have done that in the past but have received no subsequent feedback on whether my report has been looked at, ignored, fixed, whatever...

i was at 1109 then lost 5 and now im at 1093
