Why im have SO MANY mistakes and losses?

I really don't know. I'm often playing against same players, which I know in real life and know how they play. I learned a lot of theories, studies, blogs, but I'm losing almost always. One mistake - all ended.

In rapid. In variants I don't have any problems.
Often I'm losing because I'm losing a figure.
But why?

Well, how long have you been playing? Did you think you were going to be a GM from the get-go? Improvement takes TIME...lots and lots of time.

Your eyes need to look at all the pieces before playing a move. It's easier OTB because it's 3 dimensional. Has nothing to do with rapid games. Has to do with the vision of our eyes and the distance we are from the chessboard. Cars have blind spots, but we can move our head to over come that. In chess move your eyes.

"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ... Many internet players are reluctant to play slower than 30 5 so you might have to settle for that as a 'slow' game." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

That was back in 2002. These days, you might have to settle for 15+10.

"Often I'm losing because I'm losing a figure.
But why?"

Because...you blundered it?

Blunder check before you move.
Enable move confirmation in your profile.
Think about your move. Play it. Check it is no blunder. Confirm.
Play 15+10 rapid or 30+20 classical, and refrain from blitz and bullet.

Do you play variants? If yes... That's the problem...
