How to stop rating going down

Don't lose???? Is that even a thing???? That's 100% not what you want. You want to win and lose so that way chess isn't boring.

Taking a span this short there are sure to be ups and downs in your rating, unless you are underated/overrated, then your rating will either go sky high, or plummeting down, look atleast you improved 20 points over the last month, and a whopping 220 over the last 5 months, if you take a look at my blitz rating graph, i was sky high at 1970 or something a few months ago, since then I have plummeted 200 points.
