Did the Soviets Collude Against Capablanca?

Both Capablanca and Alékhine played in the 1936 Olympiad, but did not play each other.
Olga had that wrong, but that does not mean the bathroom event did not take place.
Even if one or both are wrong does not prove Olga was wrong about the Moscow event, that she mentions twice.
So the wins of Botvinnik against Lilienthal, Kan, Riumin, and Ragozin should be scrutinized.

The article mentions 1939 olympiad, not 1936.

After all, Alechin couldn't possibly play a championship match against Capablanca in 1936 as he wasn't the world champion. (He lost to Euwe in 1935 and won the title back in 1937.)
