I know you are joking, but for completeness sake: no, cheating is not allowed, here is the relevant part from the Terms of Service:

Examples of violations include:

Fraud: Using any external assistance during a game that provides an unfair advantage. This may include chess engines, databases, advice from others, or software.

Imagine if we could have a "Shared Lobby" where PyChess.org users could challenge a adjva4.dpdns.org user directly.
Any site that used the lichess code could then probably help grow the player pools indirectly by having some sort of "Global Seek" button, which would bridge the game via API.
