No not for the online tournament and all the information is provided in the blog

What happens if you haven't ever played officially before and therefore do not have a fide rating at all.
And climb to top 50.
Is having no fide rating equivalent to having one below 2300. (Therefore able to qualify).

The first arena was very fun, but sadly 2500 performance is not enough for top 50. But I got my highest rated win:D

too many cheaters in qualifier 1 man, can u check before? even if they're banned, it doesn't change the fact that they are still in top 50, u guys wont do qualifier 1 again, not only if u put 51 to 50 logic, the ppl who played the cheater will also not win, if the cheaters were banned in the first game or beforehand, it might be different, and the pairing will be completely different

One question, why can't I just sign up for the tournament as it is a open? What is the point of a "qualifier" when everyone below 2300 can play the tournament?
