Could you share a sample of the sheet? Maybe on googlesheet.

Sure thing. Here it is: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17S8K_xjFBQLzAL3qp6bjgiR_4sGDbhbffw7xoUIK-0c/edit?usp=sharing

Thank you, @matstc . Very interesting article and something I need to do more of. On a slight tangant, do you fill the spreadsheet in manually or do you extract the (partial) data from Lichess programmatically? I notice from one of your other posts that you dabble with extracting data with Python, and is something I might look at in the future.

Thank you, @OneForTheRoad0 !
The spreadsheet is all manual for me. It's more qualitative.

Good advice.
One thing I'd add is the more I analyze, the more depth of appreciation I have for chess.
It's humbling seeing the engine note a half-dozen little things I missed each game but noticing them broadens my understanding & gives me that 'wow chess is so cool' feeling which transforms just being angry at losing to awe & excitement to play the same/similar position again in the hope I'd remember the idea(s) and play differently.
Chess is hard but it's redemptive, you often get another chance unlike life where you'll never get the same scenario again.

i seems good i got insprired by your idea of having a spreadsheet thanks a lot.well i also have an agreement and disagreement with your point of the engine offing thing for blitz game.Maybe for below 2300 games there may not be much not learn from withot a computer but like the other day i was anaylising a 2600 blitz game and in took me aroud 12 hours (sprea along 2 days) to grasp the whole position and intricacies. If you where not on tilt and played a resonable game then ,my take is that, there might be possibility of learning both small bits intricacies which if you take a deep look at (on the whole game with focus on quality and unerstandment of the big picture and key differences between whats right and wrong) over 10 to games you will reach a massive jump in your understandment and the corresponding elo.But ofcourse this is serious hardwork but fruits are ripe. But for lesiure and for improvement with enjoyment rather then potenial burnout your way is great. Thanks for the spreadsheet idea i can now track my anaylsis and move it for another day
