Alekhine Defense: Brooklyn Variation

The knight was attacked by the pawn and moves to save itself, strangely it goes backwards and anti-develops itself.

Perhaps the idea is that the Knight will now not be a target of attack in the center. The brooklyn variation is not popular at any level, but perhaps it isn't so disastrously bad.
