I can't join Arena Tournaments but i can join swiss????????

Hello. I can not join arena tournaments every time i press the join button the lichess symbol keeps on spinning and spinning. I can join swiss though which is weird and i only play arena. Please help me

I think there are sometimes restrictions in joining arenas if they think you're deliberately aiming at who you will be paired with. I recall that happening once or twice in long time control arenas where you want to take a break then come back and it tells you that you have to wait to rejoin.

Is this happening to you the first time you try to join the arena or when you try to rejoin after a pause?

Is there a red restriction on the left hand side?
