Rating conversion from site site are pointless. And in case of tornelo more so because most tournaments are run by actual reas chess associations and chess clubs using either FIDE or national rating
And the number users depends on how many tournaments are being organized sometimes a lot sometimes not. definately not a big site as that is the purpose anyway

No because correlation are so weak that information is useless. below is image showin lichess rating to verified FIDE ratings
so you can map with less +-200 points accuracy. Wont be any better between any two sites either
