Hey everyone, since the semi-finals are almost underway, here are some guidelines for the upcoming semi-finalists for them to follow in the semis.

Guidelines for the semifinals:

  1. Before the match starts, both the semifinalists must be present at a call, whose link will be provided.
    two of the three TDs ( @Siddiq1911, @Tetiksh1Agrawal and @Passionate_Player) will also be present at the call.
    In case two or all of the TDs are unable to be present, they shall appoint someone else as a replacement.
    (If in a severe case there is no replacement, then whether there shall be a call or not should be upto the decision of the TDs)
  2. The semifinalists are required to have their audio unmuted and video on. Both of the semifinalists are also supposed to share their screens on the call.
  3. The calls may or may not be recorded for important purposes, but these recordings must not be shared to the public.
  4. The TDs will be supervising for the entire duration of the match.
  5. In case of privacy concerns:
    a. Since the call is supposed to be hosted on Google Meet(most likely), the semifinalists are suggested to make anonymous Gmail accounts.
    b. Regarding faces; masks, balaclavas, etc. can be used to cover them.

We would love to have your feedback on this matter so we can improve on it next time we implement it. Thank you for your understanding.

The pairings for the semifinal matches are:

The matches are supposed to be played on the 21st at the latest.Then, the final and the 3rd place match should be played before 28th May
