@Break_ToS the same thing has happened to me , a new account challenged me for a hyperbullet match without knowing me , when I asked him he said he was my classmate and after the game when I asked him who he was he didn't reply :( , he blocked me after a while when I sent him two more messages

There is nothing wrong in requesting , The way you did a few weeks ago was in an arrogant and ordering tone and rightfully disliked by community .
That was a mistake of mod which was rectified really quickly and you are none to point fingers and / or ask reason for the same
