Puzzle rating reset to 2200

My puzzle rating was 2500 a few weeks ago, I look at it today and it says 2200. Does anyone know about this bug?

Your activity history says you lost 15 (of 20) puzzles on March 31, and dropped 300 points. Is that false?

I was overseas on March 31st and I can confirm with no doubt that I did not do any lichess puzzles. How did you check this?

I can see its in my activity, I did not do any puzzles and I find it strange that I went from exactly 2500 to 2200, very odd. Hopefully an admin could explain why

You also have a patron notice on March 31 and another on April 2, two days later. Aren't these usually separated by a month? Is yours automatic or manual? Should you check your finances?

Is it possible that while you were overseas someone else had access to your PC, and maybe fooled around a bit? A family member, perhaps?

I'm not aware of anyone else complaining about a bug like this.

Yeah its set to 2 payments accidently, I didnt want to cancel one in case it resets it. No no one did. Its very strange.
