I woke up one morning and had a really good idea (or so I hope): someone should make an Atomic Game of the Month! Lichess does it for standard, so why can't there be one for Atomic?
Who I reached out to first
I first asked @JakeStateFarm if he would do it (as he is an active member of the Atomic community and he has an Atomic Youtube Channel [JSFAtomicTheory]), but he was too busy this month, so I decided that I would do it for June. Hopefully in July he will be ok to help me with this.
What this means
All you have to do is submit a game in this forum: https://adjva4.dpdns.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/atomic-game-of-the-month-submissions , and at the end of the month, I will look at each and every one of the games and decide which one deserves to be the Atomic Game of the Month. I don't know if you've ever seen one of Lichess's Game of the Month, but they basically make a blog about the game and analyze it with written commentary. If there are a ton of games to review, I will reach out to other members of the Atomic community to help me go through them all. If you have any questions, message me!
