Analysis Blueprint

ChessAnalysisTacticsStrategy
The right way to analyze your games.

Many of y'all are stuck with the same rating. Now you are working hard on tactics, drills and even motifs and some important skills. But the question from you is " Why am I not increasing rating? "

Among rules / guidelines to improve chess greatly Analysis stands among the top.
"But how do I analyze?"
That's what we'll be analyzing today folks!

1. No engines!
NO using engines. If you want to improve, you have to analyze and understand your mistakes. Now after that you shouldn't redo it. I know that you're aware of that, unless u have 3 IQ.

2. Check time usage
Look out for how much time you've used if it is less, you have to stop playing ultrabullet .
No kidding you should learn to play slow. Time is one of the reasons you lose and win.

3. Check your opening first
Refer notes that you have or ask your coach or just use chessable courses or use engines ( ONLY FOR OPENINGS! )
Mark / annotate where you went wrong ( if you have ) and learn the opening. If you faced any new openings learn that too.

4. Check your middlegame
Look for blunders, inaccuracies, mistakes and good moves too. Check the ideas of the middlegame from the opening. Try to follow in games what you learnt from the opening theory. See what type of position is it ( ex : Double Bishop Advantage ). Check if you have followed the rules according to that position.

5. Check the endgame
See if you have played according to the rules of the position. See if you have gotten a new position you've never seen. If so, learn how to play for it.

6. Write Lessons Learnt from the game
Lessons learnt from:
Opening: ____________
Middlegame: ____________
Endgame: ____________
Make notes of your mistakes, possible your opponent's too!

7. Write your feelings and thinking
Write why you played that move. Why you didn't see an idea. How you blundered. When analyzing online this becomes easier. Write how you felt before playing that move. ( Example : " I felt scared that he would see my blunder " )

Analyze even online games - these can be done with engine for quick analysis, But for OTB games DO proper analysis, NOT for your coach or me BUT FOR YOU.

That's it for today folks! Please leave a like if you think this was helpful.
And once again, NO, THIS IS NOT A BLOG COPIED FROM CHATGPT OR ANY AI .
