Spielmann - Prokes, Prague, 1908
The Other Lasker's NotesThe Kaiser's 60th Jubilee Chess Tournament at Prague matched twenty top chess masters against each other for more than a month. In round two, Rudolf Spielmann and Ladislav Prokes played the Vienna Gambit.
The prodigy Rudolf Spielmann's aggressive play, frequently featuring gambits, earned him the nickname "The Master of Attack." Prolific endgame-study composer Ladislav Prokes would later share the Czech Chess Championship.
Edward Lasker annotated the game in 1915.
